RB Engineering provided civil design plans, permit coordination and construction management for the coffee shop in Centralia Washington. Construction of the 1,650-square foot building was on vacant land located in the 100-year flood plain. Stormwater runoff from the parking and roof area is treated and infiltrated onsite using low impact development stormwater design.
